Meet The Wine Maker - Matt Gregory, 28th June

Part of our meet the wine maker series, join us for a relaxed Sunday afternoon wine tasting starting at 12.30pm. Taste and chat through four wines guided by the winemaker themselves, tastings last approx. 1-1.5 hours, reservations for lunch are available post tasting.

Matt makes English wines based on Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and Bacchus that he grows in the Leicestershire Wolds. The emphasis is on careful grape handling, extended infusion macerations, and trying to do as little as possible in guiding the grapes into a delicious bottle of wine.. Find out more here
