This month's dish: Gressingham Duck Leg Cottage Pie (serves 2) Braised ducks legs in a rich unctuous sauce, roasted potato mash, cheddar & chive crumb, served with seasonal greens and mustard dressing.

How it works: Order and pay online, and pick up your dish Thursday between 12 noon - 10pm from Linden Stores. We'll give you instructions so you can heat up the dish in a few simple steps on a night of your choosing - Thursday, Friday or Saturday.
